Dad's Veggie Garden

My daddy likes helping momma build whatever she needs for the flower gardens, and he enjoys picking out new flowers for her to plant, but he loves his vegetable garden.  The vegetable garden is incorporated into the flower garden and includes tomatoes, squash, zuchinni, bell peppers, hot peppers, and more.  My daddy likes his tomatoes the best I think.  I love green tomatoes and he always says that we can't pick a green one until he gets his first ripe one.  Sometimes though he makes an exception for me. :)

More tomato plants.  The marigolds planted around them are supposed to help keep the insects away that like to eat the leaves and the tomatoes.
